Compressor valve plates and valve reeds are small but critical metal components used in refrigeration, air conditioning and appliance compressor systems. They help control suction and discharge flow, support compression efficiency and require stable dimensions, reliable flatness, clean edges and consistent material performance.

BaoCheng supports custom development of compressor valve plates, valve reeds and motor-related stamped parts using JSW20 non-magnetic stainless steel. JSW20 has a relative magnetic permeability around μr 1.001, remains non-magnetic under deformation below 60%, and can maintain magnetic permeability ≤1.003 after bending or welding. This makes it suitable for custom metal parts where low magnetic response, corrosion resistance and forming stability are important.
