There is no universal standard size for our smartphone mid-frames. Final dimensions, tolerances and structural features are manufactured according to approved customer drawings and samples.
Patented Non-Magnetic Stainless Steel – μr ≈ 1.003
One of Baocheng's key material capabilities for consumer electronics is our patented non-magnetic stainless steel. The material has a relative magnetic permeability of approximately μr 1.003, extremely close to the theoretical non-magnetic reference value of 1 and therefore exhibiting near-non-magnetic behavior.
This patented material provides an alternative for electronic structural components where conventional stainless steel may introduce unwanted magnetic response.
For smartphone mid-frame projects, low magnetic permeability can be particularly valuable when metal structural components are positioned close to magnetically sensitive electronic assemblies or when the customer's design specifies strict magnetic-property requirements.
Why Magnetic Permeability Matters After Forming
